Due to inter-disciplined complexity of urban and regional studies as well as
Asian studies, there will be no single textbook able to be chosen for the
course. Instead, articles on Asian cities and regions selected from discipline-
based journals in general or urban and regional focused journals in particular
are collected as a course pact. More details will be announced in the first
week. |

- 10 % for contributing one piece of news report/ website introduction/ book introduction and so on in relation to the course EVERY WEEK (ask the lecturer if you have questions regarding appropriateness of the work you find)
- 10% for three brief comments (once a month, submit the last week of each month, that means 30th October, 27th November, 25th December) on those above collective collections (whatever topics and areas)
